I suffer from cPTSD, DD-NOS, depression and anxiety, as well as a genetic bone disease that cause me chronic pain and mobility issues.

I write resources about surviving abuse, trauma therapy, and my experiences with abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence and chronic physical and mental illness.

I also paint, embroider, write stories and poetry, and try to answer as many questions as I can.
